1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

 Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIME

 Domestic Delivery (Within India): It usually takes 4 to 7 business days for the parcel to reach your address depending on your location. Shipping charges will be shown at the checkout.

 International Delivery: We ship worldwide. Delivery timelines and shipping costs vary by country and package weight, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

 To ensure we only ship to genuine buyers and to avoid shipping losses, a mandatory advance deposit of ₹150 is required to confirm any Cash on Delivery (COD) order.

 The remaining balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment status on our delivery partner's website.

5. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERED PARCELS

 Please double-check your shipping address, pincode, and phone number before placing the order.

 We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
