Thank you for shopping at Tasmiya Fashion Sarees. Please note our strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure fair trade.

1. NO RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, do not like the product, or no longer need it. All sales are final.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Returns, replacements, or refunds are ONLY applicable if:

 The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

 The product received is completely different from what you ordered (wrong item).

3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO AS PROOF

To claim a return, exchange, or replacement for a damaged or wrong item, you must provide a continuous unboxing video of the package.

 The video must show the shipping label clearly before opening.

 The video must be uncut, unedited, and clearly show the opening of the parcel and the defect or wrong item.

 Without a valid unboxing video, your request will be strictly rejected.

4. REPORTING WINDOW (48-72 HOURS)

You must report any issue with your order within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the delivery. Any requests made after 72 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

5. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

If you have received a damaged or wrong product and have the unboxing video proof, please contact us immediately:

6. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Once we inspect your unboxing video and confirm the issue, we will either send you a fresh replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
